Patrick Cannon

 Patrick is a member of Cannon Chambers and advises on, and litigates against HMRC in, tax judicial reviews and civil and criminal tax investigations. He is licensed by the Bar Standards Board to accept public access work and to conduct litigation so that clients can instruct him directly and he can litigate on their behalf without going through a solicitor. Patrick also authors books on SDLT for Tolley and his GAAR: A Practical Approach 3rd edition has just been published by Key Haven.
