A Scottish approach to taxation – thank you!

The Scottish technical sub-committee is working on a submission to the Finance Committee of the Scottish Parliament for its inquiry on a Scottish approach to taxation.

To inform the submission, we prepared a survey, which was circulated directly to all members of the CIOT and ATT in Scotland. We also drew attention to the survey among the whole membership of both organisations through other communications.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those members of the CIOT and ATT who responded. We have 165 responses, which is excellent.

We will report on the submission and on the results of the survey in a future edition of Technical Newsdesk.
