Ben specialises in Land Remediation Relief and currently advises many of the national housebuilders and developers of complex brownfield sites. He has successfully negotiated several key entitlement and eligibility issues with HMRC and leads the current initiative to make the relief more responsive to the challenges of developing brownfield land.
