This is a newly created role that comes with clear progression to partnership. In addition to man management and business development responsibilities, you will work on technical assignments including restructuring, shareholder tax planning, employee share schemes, dividend planning, tax efficient share structures, tax due diligence, management buy outs and estate planning.
You must have a broad knowledge of corporate, personal, business and capital taxes and be experienced in delivering tax planning projects.
