Either way, we are now well into the spring, and I’m writing this on the afternoon of the Spring Statement – something I simply would not have had time to do under the previous fiscal calendar.
Welcome to March everyone. I am writing this article in what is forecast to be the coldest week of the winter so far, so I hope that when you read this, spring will have bloomed for us all.
