DITT Talk, the CIOT’s tax technology podcast, brings together leading voices from across the profession to explore a rapidly evolving area of tax.
What happens when tax expertise meets technology? Developed and hosted by Shan Sun, a CIOT Council member, co-creator of the Diploma in Tax Technology (DITT) and founder of shan.tax, a tax technology consultancy, DITT Talk aims to make fast-moving tax technology issues accessible, relevant and engaging for tax professionals. Shan draws on her experience of tax technology in practice and in-house to facilitate conversations with experts from across the field.
Now in its second series, DITT Talk goes beyond asking what the latest technology can do. Its episodes explore the practical and strategic implications of technology for tax, from the perspective of those building the technology itself to governance and international developments.
That breadth is one of the podcast’s strengths. Guests from across the tax technology ecosystem share their expertise and predictions, connecting technical innovation with the realities of tax practice and considering what developments mean for tax professionals and their organisations.
