Our ADIT webinar programme goes from strength to strength
With nearly 20 events and more than 7,000 delegate registrations in 2026, the ADIT webinar programme continues to support international tax learning worldwide.
The international tax landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, requiring tax professionals around the world to stay abreast of the latest developments across a range of complex topics, from BEPS Pillar Two and global tax transparency to new forms of taxation aimed at addressing wealth inequalities and environmental challenges.
We’re supporting our global community of tax practitioners with a diverse selection of international tax webinars each year, as well as periodic in-person regional events. These allow our students, members and International Tax Affiliates to continue building their expertise across fast-moving topics, keep on top of the latest developments and network with their peers.
Our webinars and events are notable for featuring members of the CIOT and ADIT community, including successful former students, as speakers. This enables us to draw on their considerable technical knowledge while inspiring the next generation of students pursuing our qualifications.
In 2026, our team has delivered a number of extremely popular sessions, in partnership with our ten ADIT Champions and a host of international tax experts around the world. Nearly 20 ADIT webinars and in-person events will have taken place by the end of the year, attracting a combined audience of more than 7,000 delegate registrations.
Our global ADIT International Tax Webinar programme has this year seen popular discussions on topical issues, including the taxation of cryptoassets, the impact of tariffs on transfer pricing practice and, in a special joint webinar delivered with ACCA, the international tax ramifications of Big Data.
In delivering these and other webinars, we’ve been delighted to work with other organisations committed to tax learning, including ADIT course providers ExtraTax Training, Lettaz Tax and Tolley Exam Training. Questions of tax residence, both for corporations and individual taxpayers, and the interpretation of the latest tax treaties, have also been addressed through sessions led by ADIT holders such as Angelo Chirulli, Karnik Gulati and Patrick Jove Ogua. International tax educators, including Catriona Loughran and Nikki Richmond, have also delivered study-focused sessions of interest to the ever-growing ADIT student community.
Meanwhile, our programme of ADIT Network Webinars and in-person events, organised with the help of our ADIT Champions to explore topics of particular interest to ADIT communities in different regions of the world, has continued to grow. This year’s activities have included a panel session for our India network that explored the consequences of the Tiger Global case for cross-border transactions, and well-attended in-person events organised by our Champions in the Gulf States and Egypt.
We are tremendously grateful to all of our webinar participants, including the ADIT Champions and speakers from around the world who have devoted their efforts and expertise, and the like-minded organisations with which we have collaborated on individual sessions.
We hope everybody who attended a webinar or in-person session found it useful and insightful, and we look forward to delivering more international tax learning events in 2027.
