Claire Millard is a Solicitor and Senior Manager within the Indirect Tax Disputes practice at PwC. She has experience of litigating indirect tax disputes at all levels of the UK Court/Tribunal system as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Claire has managed a number of judicial review applications to the High Court.
