Craig Aspinall is Associate Director of BDO’s Tax Dispute Resolution Team. He specialises in resolving HMRC enquiries, investigations under COP 8, Code COP 9 and voluntary disclosures. He works principally on settling with HMRC over historic tax avoidance arrangements and tax debt management.
