Flora Barnes leads RSM’s Tax Risk and Governance team and has extensive experience working alongside in-house tax teams in order to help them understand best practice in tax governance and tax risk management, including the changing requirements of tax authorities. Flora trained at PwC in corporation tax, and before RSM, was Head of Tax for a FTSE 250 business.
