James heads the Corporate Tax team at Randall & Payne LLP.  He has worked in tax for 22 years and has over 17 years’ experience in providing specialist Corporate Tax advice, in particular around R&D Tax Incentives.  He is also Chair of the CIOT’s Severn Valley Branch and sits on the CIOT’s OMB committee.
