Bill Dodwell

Bill is the former Tax Director of the Office of Tax Simplification and Editor in Chief of Tax Adviser magazine. He is a past president of the CIOT and was formerly head of tax policy at Deloitte. He joined the Administrative Burdens Advisory Board in 2019. Bill won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Tolley’s Taxation Awards in 2024 and writes in a personal capacity.
